These terms apply when a visitor uses avodore.com, submits a checkout or contacts AVODORE. The Secure charge, Shipping, Condition review and Privacy pages are part of the same shopping framework.

Checkout submission is an offer to buy. AVODORE accepts only after successful secure charge confirmation and an AVODORE purchase record; obvious listing errors, unavailable stock, parcel journey restrictions or suspected fraud can require rejection or cancellation and an appropriate reimbursement.

Only secure charge methods displayed for the current basket and destination can be selected. The specialist service may request authorisation or authentication, but an unfinished challenge, temporary hold or failed attempt is not an accepted AVODORE AVODORE purchase.

Once AVODORE approves and submits a reimbursement to the original secure charge method, banks and secure charge providers may need 7–24 business days to post it. Care studio cannot redirect that reimbursement to a different card, account or person.

Terms may be updated prospectively as knitwear, dresses, intimate layers, outerwear and softly finished accessories or store operations change. If one clause cannot be enforced, the remaining clauses continue; mandatory consumer rights are not removed.

AVODORE counts 30 calendar days from recorded parcel journey for an eligible condition review request. The item must still be capable of the category-specific inspection described here, so the deadline does not override condition requirements.

When the reason is preference, fit or another non-fault choice, the AVODORE client arranges and pays tracked condition review shipping. The parcel remains the AVODORE client's responsibility until the authorised condition review point receives it.

When photographs and review confirm a faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect item, AVODORE provides or pays for the reasonable condition review route it authorises. Sending it elsewhere before instructions may prevent that route from being used.

AVODORE sets aside 1–3 business days after accepting an AVODORE purchase to protect knitted surfaces, liners and delicate trims from snagging. This preparation period finishes before carrier transit begins; weekends, public holidays, secure charge review and unresolved address questions can move the handover date.

After the parcel leaves the soft editorial folio, the carrier estimate is 10–20 business days. That window describes travel rather than preparation, and remote service, weather, customs review or a failed parcel journey attempt can extend it.

The checkout total on avodore.com includes applicable taxes and import duties. If parcel journey carries a separate charge, that line is shown before secure charge authorisation rather than being hidden inside a delicate piece price.
